Fall Decor

I just couldn't wait any longer, so on Saturday I pulled out my fall decorations and went to work. I don't have a lot, but I don't have much storage space for such things either.

I used this as inspiration for one of my decorations. Perfect for my little .75 rummage sale bucket! Here's mine:

I also got this at a rummage sale early this summer.
I was so excited when I got it! I had wanted one from Hobby Lobby last fall, but was never in town at the right time to get it at 50% off so I didn't get one. So, now I have it, but am not sure what to put in it. Any ideas?

My Goodwill pumpkins are now next to our TV.

Here are a few other things I have out.

Oh! And the smell in our apartment is wonderful!! I'm using spicy pumpkin scents and it smells soooo good! If you've read my 100 list you know that I only burn/use scents that correspond with the season. I'm weird like that. I've had some Bath and Body Works wallflowers and a Scentsy bar in my closet for a few months now just waiting for fall.

So, that's it for now. Hopefully we'll be out of our financial slump soon and I'll be able to do a few fall related projects.

Very pretty. I actually like your bucket better than the original. No offense to hers. I think you did a great job. Thanks for sharing.

Cute fall decorations! If it wasn't still over 100 degrees here, I would feel like it was fall :)

If you ever go to Vegas or CA you'll have to try In and Out. I know you'll love it. It's the only burger my daughter will eat. She devours them but hates other burger joints. Even MD's. Can you believe it!? Let me know if you do a book before me. I am interested in finding out more about how it looks and works.

Oh, I'm loving the nesting going on here! Such pretties! Glad you are a part of Fall Nesting Week, you have shared some great ideas!

I love that bucket! We used those (galvanized metal) at my daughter's beach wedding reception filled with flowers and hanging on a weathered picked fence! I loved it! Great ideas!

happy nesting & fall,
Melissa

I wandered over from The Inspired Room. I like what you've done with the place! And I totally understand burning candles/using scents that go with the season. I've been dying to burn my Harvest candle from Yankee Candle Company. I made my hubby celebrate Sept. 1 with me by lighting it while we ate dinner!
