I have only been to Pierre once so it was fun to go the capitol building and look around at the grounds.
We also went to the Oahe Dam and spillway to see all the water that was still flowing through from the releases earlier this summer. Even though the flow was lower than earlier this summer, it was still quite impressive.
I didn't get very good pictures at the wedding...and I kind of forgot about my camera at the reception. The pastor had a very good message during the ceremony. He spoke of not relying on feeling love, but making the choice to love....that even when the feeling isn't there, you can make the choice to love. Much better message than some I've been to that have talked about divorce and other topics that I really don't think belong in a wedding ceremony.
Anyway, my cousin is the groom. He was my favorite cousin when we were growing up. He's such a funny guy and is just a lot of fun to be around.
Now all the grandkids on my mom's side are married except my brother. I think it's going to be a looong time before that changes too. :o)

I love these pictures. The first one of the capitol building is beautiful. That water flow is impressive! Wow! That's a lot of water. The bride and groom look so happy, so beautiful! Her hair is pretty. I'm glad it was such a nice wedding, and a great weekend for you.
