- We invited Tony, Jackie, and Sarah over Saturday night to share Dave's birthday dessert. I made this peach dessert.
- Sunday evening we went out to supper with Tony, Jackie, Sarah, and Conor.
I've had a heavy heart since I read this blog post yesterday telling about the passing of Julee's husband, Matt. Even though I don't know her or her family personally, I feel like I know them from reading her blog over the past few years. Such a sad reminder that life can change in an instant.

What a sweet husband to bring you those gorgeous flowers. Yellow roses are some of my favorites.
That dessert sounds really good.
So life changing for Julee and Preslee. I know so much good will come out of it, but it's so hard to imagine that right now.
