When you are working on a new post, as you compose it, there is a little button to your right for pictures or videos. Click on the one for pics and then a box will pop up. To your left there is a section that has a box to 'browse' just click on that and your pics folder from your computer will pop up and then you just scroll through them and click on the ones you want to post and it will add them to your post once you click 'upload'. I wish I could help you! I know nothing about computers. We have Mozilla Firefox. I just add pictures like Amy says above.
