Peanut butter cup minis
Cooking spray
Mini muffin pans
So easy and so good! I made about 55 cookie cups with the 2 packages of dough.
Hope everyone has a great week!

Mine: For having a fulfilling and creative outlet that not only allows me to express myself, but makes it possible to connect with other creative and resourceful people.
Ok, I gotta say that last one is pretty good - too bad I didn't write it. I sat in my chair and stared at the wall trying to figure out how to put my thoughts into words. So I told my husband what I was thinking, he wrote it down for me, and I copied it.
My husband rocks because he has a way with words and because he took this little project seriously and wrote things that our kids will be able to read some day (he can be a little.....let's say silly, sometimes). ;o)
They were fine the way they were, but they look SO much better all glittered up.
I found these little trees at Goodwill awhile back for 50 cents a piece. They were cute but a little woodsy looking for my taste.
Here they are after I mod podged some scrapbook paper on, GLITTERED the sides, and tied on some brown ribbon.
I kinda like 'em! All ready to be set out with the rest of my Christmas decorations. I'm putting up my Christmas decor tomorrow after work. Can't wait!!
My husband and I will be staying in town for Thanksgiving. We're going to eat at a local restaurant and then head to Twilight (finally!) We'll probably spend the rest of the day watching movies. I'll be out shopping with my mom on Friday, though we will not be standing in lines at 4 am. We are going to start a little later this year, probably 10 or so.
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Hope you have loved ones to spend the day with, lots of yummy food to eat, and time to rest up for the shopping frenzy on Friday :o)
We hung out at home Saturday night. I worked on a couple Christmas gifts. I finished one and got a good start on another.
I met my grandma, mom, aunt, and cousin in Huron for lunch on Sunday. My grandma's 81st birthday is today so we took her for lunch out to celebrate.
Are any of you making Christmas gifts this year? If so, I'd love to hear what projects you're working on!
Actually, he took the picture last winter while playing around with the camera. That's his guitar and his Irish hat (I don't know what they're really called.)
One of the reasons I love my husband is for his musical talent. He's a great guitar player and I am lucky enough to get to listen to him play on (almost) a daily basis.
When we were dating we would talk every night on the phone before we'd go to bed. He'd play around on his guitar while we were talking. This is the song he'd play most often. Something about it tore at my heart, and at that time I didn't even know the lyrics.
